Hertel’s Nuclear Services is a division of the Hertel Group, and has been a provider of services to the Nuclear Industry for over 15 years. The division can supply project teams of blue-collar staff demonstrating a successful track record for safely completing projects to cost and programme efficiently.

Our Project Management teams have the knowledge and experience in following structured risk management procedures ensuring we meet our client’s goals and future regulatory requirements.

The objective in all cases is to identify at source any acceptable level of risk, safety or operations that can be managed effectively.
We have the ability to provide experience permanent SQEP staff ranging from Senior Project Managers, project Engineers, Health Physics, Works Supervising Officers and all Blue Collar Trades.

The Company are an accredited NVQ Assessment Centre for Nuclear Decommissioning, employing a qualified team of assessors undertaking Level 2 Decommissioning NVQ’s in its Training Centre. The Centre has successfully trained many Pressurised Suit Operatives since it opened in July 2002. These operatives are now embedded into our decommissioning teams on various nuclear sites throughout the UK.
